Cast Iron Base & Slant Bed Design

Featuring a 45° slant bed, the machine is constructed from high-quality cast iron using resin sand casting. Its compact ribbed structure ensures excellent rigidity, superior vibration damping, user-friendly operation, and efficient chip removal.

Linear Motion Guides & Precision Ball Screws

The X/Z axes are directly coupled with servo motors and precision pre-stretched ball screws via flexible couplings. Utilizing high-rigidity and high-precision linear motion guides, the system features an automatic centralized lubrication system for forced lubrication of both guides and ball screws. This ensures high positioning accuracy and minimal thermal deformation, with rapid traverse speeds reaching up to 30m/min.
