This series of machines focuses on reinforcing the rigidity, precision, and load-bearing capacity of core components. It features a monoblock sleeve-type spindle with a "three-front, two-rear" imported precision bearing layout. Driven by a high-performance servo motor, the spindle system ensures high-precision rotational accuracy, high-rigidity support, and consistent speed output to meet heavy-duty machining demands. The bed is constructed from a one-piece cast iron structure with a 30° slant bed design, utilizing premium cast iron and resin sand casting technology. The interior is reinforced with a dense rib-plate configuration, providing exceptional structural rigidity and superior vibration dampening. This design also offers excellent visibility and accessibility for the operator while facilitating natural chip evacuation.
The X/Z axes utilize high-rigidity, high-precision linear guideways paired with precision pre-stretched ball screws. These are directly coupled to the servo motors via flexible couplings. Supported by a computer-controlled automatic centralized lubrication system, the guideways and ball screws receive forced lubrication to effectively guarantee high positioning accuracy, suppress thermal deformation, and achieve rapid traverse rates of up to 30 m/min.
The core of the hydraulic station integrates premium Taiwanese components, including a variable displacement pump, high-torque hydraulic motor, and electromagnetic valves. The addition of a forced air-cooling module ensures smooth, quiet operation and effective oil temperature control for consistent performance.
The machine features a servo-driven spindle synchronized with a servo power turret, which can be expanded with radial (side) or axial (end) live tooling heads. These heads utilize imported precision gear transmissions, delivering superior rigidity, minimal noise, and high operational accuracy.
This configuration significantly enhances machining rigidity, operational stability, and indexing accuracy, unleashing exceptional heavy-duty cutting performance. With 360° arbitrary spindle indexing (C-axis) and multi-functional capabilities (drilling, tapping, and milling on both side and end faces), complex and large-scale workpieces can be processed with high efficiency in a single setup (Done-in-one).
The entire machine is encased in a fully enclosed protection system featuring a sophisticated industrial design with excellent sealing and waterproof performance. The sliding operator doors are engineered for effortless movement, providing smooth and easy access. For maximum operator protection, the system is equipped with a reliable safety interlock, ensuring a secure and user-friendly working environment that meets rigorous safety standards.
