Machine Structural Features
Designed for demanding applications, this machine integrates a high-performance cartridge spindle. Built with premium imported bearings in a "three-front, two-rear" arrangement and powered directly by a servo motor, it delivers exceptional precision, rigidity, and rotational stability.
Its foundation is a robust 45-degree slant bed made of high-grade cast iron via resin sand molding. The densely ribbed structure provides superior stiffness and effective vibration absorption, while also facilitating easy operation and efficient chip flow.
For rapid and accurate axis movement, the X and Z axes employ high-rigidity linear guides and precision ball screws. These are directly driven by servo motors through flexible couplings, with a central lubrication system servicing all guideways and screws. This design achieves high positioning accuracy, minimizes thermal effects, and enables fast traverse speeds of up to 30 m/min.
A versatile T-type gang tool post allows for multiple tool arrangements and enables very quick tool changes.
