  • Designed for demanding applications, this machine integrates a high-performance cartridge spindle. Built with premium imported bearings in a "three-front, two-rear" arrangement and powered directly by a servo motor, it delivers exceptional precision, rigidity, and rotational stability.
  • Its foundation is a robust 45-degree slant bed made of high-grade cast iron via resin sand molding. The densely ribbed structure provides superior stiffness and effective vibration absorption, while also facilitating easy operation and efficient chip flow.
  • For rapid and accurate axis movement, the X and Z axes employ high-rigidity linear guides and precision ball screws. These are directly driven by servo motors through flexible couplings, with a central lubrication system servicing all guideways and screws. This design achieves high positioning accuracy, minimizes thermal effects, and enables fast traverse speeds of up to 30 m/min.
  • A versatile T-type gang tool post allows for multiple tool arrangements and enables very quick tool changes.
