Machine Structural Features

Equipped with an integrated cartridge spindle featuring imported precision-grade bearings in a "front three, rear two" configuration, driven by a spindle servo motor to achieve high precision, high rigidity, and superior rotational speed stability.

Features a cast iron base and a slant bed design, providing excellent rigidity, user-friendly operation, and efficient chip removal.

Featuring a 45° slant bed, the machine is constructed from high-quality cast iron using resin sand casting. Its compact ribbed structure ensures excellent rigidity and superior vibration damping.

Equipped with high-rigidity, high-precision, and high-speed linear motion guides, along with precision ball screws.

The X/Z axes are directly coupled with servo motors and precision pre-stretched ball screws via flexible couplings. Utilizing high-rigidity and high-precision linear motion guides, the system features an automatic centralized lubrication system for forced lubrication of both guides and ball screws.
