Dedicated to the high-performance CNC machining sector, we proudly introduce this precision machine tool equipped with an integrated cartridge spindle system. The spindle incorporates a 'front-3-rear-2' layout of imported precision-grade bearings, coupled with a direct-drive spindle servo motor. This configuration guarantees exceptional machining accuracy, robust structural rigidity, and superior speed stability, meeting the stringent requirements of heavy-duty cutting operations. The machine bed is cast from premium-grade cast iron using a resin-sand molding process. Featuring a 30° slant bed architecture and a dense internal reinforcement rib layout, it delivers outstanding overall rigidity and vibration damping, while simultaneously optimizing ergonomic accessibility and chip evacuation efficiency.
The X and Z axes are driven by high-performance servo motors direct-coupled to precision pre-tensioned ball screws via flexible couplings. In combination with high-rigidity, high-precision linear guideways and an integrated computerized automatic lubrication system for forced oiling of both guides and screws, the system achieves rapid traverse speeds up to 30m/min. This ensures precise positioning with minimal thermal deformation during high-speed operations.
Hydraulic system incorporates Taiwanese-branded variable displacement pumps, hydraulic motors, and solenoid valves, integrated with an independent air-cooling unit to ensure low-noise operation and stable oil temperature control. The turret system offers options for hydraulic or servo-driven rotary turrets, featuring robust structural rigidity and bi-directional logic indexing (shortest path tool selection). With a rapid tool-change time of only 0.3–0.5 seconds and a tool capacity unrestricted by workpiece dimensions, it is particularly optimized for the heavy-duty machining of disk-type components.
The entire machine is encased in a fully enclosed guarding system with streamlined aesthetics and superior waterproof sealing. The lightweight sliding doors operate effortlessly and are integrated with a safety interlock mechanism, ensuring a perfect balance between operator safety and ergonomic convenience.
