At its core is a heavy-duty sleeve-type spindle system with an integrated design, featuring five imported high-precision spindle bearings (three at the front and two at the rear). Driven directly by a high-power spindle servo motor, it delivers high-precision, high-rigidity output and exceptional speed stability, even under heavy-duty cutting conditions.
The machine features a 30° slant bed design, integrated-cast from high-quality resin sand cast iron with a dense and rigid internal rib structure. This design philosophy provides the machine with exceptional static and dynamic rigidity as well as outstanding vibration damping, creating a stable platform for precision machining. The slant bed layout, combined with a large-diameter chip discharge port, ensures highly efficient evacuation of chips and coolant while optimizing workpiece setup and operator ergonomics.
The motion system is engineered for high-speed and high-precision performance. Both X and Z axes utilize a combination of high-rigidity linear guideways and precision pre-stretched ball screws. The servo motors are directly coupled to the ball screws via flexible couplings. Integrated with an automatic intelligent lubrication system, the guideways and screws receive optimal lubrication and cooling even during high-speed operations (up to 30m/min rapid traverse), effectively minimizing thermal errors and ensuring superior positioning and repeatability.
Hydraulic system is equipped with high-performance variable displacement pumps and solenoid valve groups from premium Taiwanese suppliers. Supplemented by an independent air-cooling circulation unit, the system ensures stable oil temperatures, low noise levels, and high reliability during long-term continuous operation. The tooling system offers versatile options: the standard linear gang tool post provides a simple, high-efficiency solution for rapid processing.
The defining highlight of this machine lies in its powerful turn-mill multi-tasking capability. By integrating a servo spindle and optional radial/axial servo power heads with Y-axis functionality (featuring imported precision gear transmission for high rigidity, high accuracy, and low noise), combined with the infinite C-axis indexing, the machine transcends traditional turning boundaries. It can perform complex side and face drilling, tapping, milling, and engraving operations, achieving a true "One-Setup, Complete Machining" workflow and significantly shortening the production cycle.
