It is equipped with a '3-front, 2-rear' configuration of imported precision-grade bearings and driven by a high-performance spindle servo motor. This setup ensures high rigidity, superior accuracy, and consistently stable speeds, effortlessly handling heavy-load tasks. The machine bed is cast from high-quality iron using the resin sand process. The 30° slant bed structure, reinforced with dense internal ribbing, significantly enhances structural rigidity and vibration dampening, while simultaneously optimizing the ergonomic workspace and chip evacuation efficiency.
The motion axes are equipped with high-rigidity linear guideways and precision pre-tensioned ball screws, which are directly coupled to the servo motors via flexible couplings. This configuration, integrated with an intelligent automated lubrication system, ensures forced lubrication for both rails and screws. This results in superior positioning accuracy, minimized thermal deformation, and achieves rapid traverse speeds of up to 30 m/min.
Hydraulic station incorporates renowned Taiwanese variable displacement pumps, hydraulic motors, and solenoid valves. Available with either hydraulic or servo rotary turrets, the system offers superior rigidity and rapid tool-changing speeds.
